Data we process
For a booking we collect your name, phone number, email, chosen game, date, time, number of players and any note you add.
Why we need it
We use this information only to create, confirm and manage your booking and to contact you if anything changes.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and page usage. Analytics loads only after explicit consent in the cookie panel. We do not use advertising profiling, and consent can be changed through the Cookie settings button.
Retention and access
Only authorised administrators can access bookings. Data is retained only as long as required for organisation, service and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data where permitted by law by emailing support@escrooms.com.
